Although it was a small amount, on January 11, 2024, we donated a portion of the sales from the previous day to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
Originally, we would like to provide supplies for Chittö's main product, "Japanese tea," to help people stay warm and take a breather, but Japanese tea requires boiling water.
Given that lifelines have not been fully restored, such support may actually be a nuisance.
After discussing this with all of us at Chittö and feeling frustrated, we have decided to provide financial aid at this stage.
