Delivery time
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. We take every precaution to ensure that your order is delivered safely, but we cannot be held responsible for any secondary issues that may arise due to traffic conditions or other reasons.

Special Terms and Conditions for Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. However, this only applies if the item is defective or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
We will cover the shipping costs when returning the product and when sending a replacement.

Matters regarding withdrawal of application or termination of contract
- We do not accept cancellation of the contract (including withdrawal of an order application) for reasons of customer convenience.
- You cannot change the item or quantity of the product you ordered.
- If you specify an address where it may be difficult to confirm receipt of the product, such as a post office box or private post office box, we will not be able to ship the product.
- If we are unable to contact you within seven days (including the day the notice was posted) after the first notice was posted, we will consider the contract to be terminated.
- If unavoidable circumstances arise that make it impossible to arrange the product, our company may cancel the contract. In this case, we will contact you by email or telephone. In this case, our company will not be liable for any penalty, damages, or any other charges.
- If you choose convenience store payment as your payment method, and we are unable to confirm your payment via convenience store payment within three days of contacting you to confirm your order, your order will be automatically cancelled.
- Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if it is difficult to secure stock for a confirmed order, we will partially terminate the contract, targeting only the portion of the contract corresponding to the item that is difficult to secure stock. We will refund the amount equivalent to the price for the contract that is subject to the partial termination.
- If we determine that a customer is a member of an organized crime group or other anti-social forces, we may terminate the contract with the customer. If we determine that a customer falls under any of the following items, we may refuse to accept your order.
- Bulk purchases or excessive multiple orders
- Orders for bulk shipments to essentially the same address (if only the name of the property or other part of the address is changed, it will be considered the same address)
- Orders using a false address, a post office box, a private post office box, or any other address that may make it difficult to confirm receipt of the product
- Orders made using a false name or handle name (including cases where some characters of the name have been changed)
- Orders that appear to be under the names of multiple people, but have the same shipping address, suggesting that the purchases are being made by the same person
- Orders made for the purpose of resale or orders from customers who have made such orders in the past (including cases where the shipping address matches the address of a resale store)
- Any other conduct that the Company deems similar to any of the preceding items, or that falls under the Company's separately established standards, or that the Company deems inappropriate.
Orders made by minors
If you are a minor and would like to make a purchase, please obtain the consent of your legal guardian (parent, etc.) in advance. The consent of your legal guardian will be deemed to have been obtained at the time you make a purchase.
Responses in the event of violation of the terms of use
In the event that we decide not to accept your order pursuant to the provisions of Article 9, "Matters Regarding Withdrawal of Application or Termination of Contract," and you have already made payment or made a deposit, we will respond as follows:
- If payment is made by credit card, PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay, Rakuten Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or au PAY : After deducting the payment fee to the credit card company, etc., the remaining balance will be refunded according to the payment method used.
- For payments made via convenience store payment: We will send an email to the email address you specified to confirm the bank account to which the refund will be sent. If you reply to that email within seven days and specify the bank account to which the refund will be sent, the refund will be processed to that account. Please note that the amount equivalent to the bank transfer fee will be deducted from the email. If we are unable to send the email to the email you specified (including if it is determined that the email address does not belong to you or is invalid), or if seven days have passed without you replying to the email and specifying the bank account to which the refund will be sent, we will not process the refund for the completed payment or deposit. In this case, we are under no obligation to notify or contact you that the refund will not be processed.
