In order to promote Japanese tea, we distributed free Japanese tea from Chittö to people from overseas in Kuramae, Tokyo!
It was a fun opportunity to hear a variety of opinions, such as ``I love Japan, but I've never tried Japanese tea,'' ``I like sencha with lots of sugar,'' and ``I always drink British black tea.''
We would be happy if as many people as possible in each country could enjoy Japanese tea.
Farmers often say that it is difficult to make contact with people overseas due to language barriers and locational factors.
The wonders of Japanese tea are still unknown to people overseas.
And the current situation is that we are not able to fully convey the wonders of Japan.
At Chittö, we will communicate the passion and thoughts of farmers for Japanese tea to people overseas, and contribute to sustainable Japanese tea agriculture through the spread of Japanese tea and regional revitalization.
